Subject to our Terms and an active hosting entitlement, QuantRoads, Inc. grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to customise one WeddingTa-da! design for one wedding and display it through our hosted service. Draft previews are available to help you choose before publishing.
You may edit the available text, colours, layouts and photos, share the published link with guests, and make personal copies of your own content. The licence lasts for the hosting period. It does not transfer copyright or grant access to source artwork or software.
Do not sell, sublicense, share or redistribute templates, source files, artwork or substantially similar copies. Do not extract design assets for use in another product, marketplace listing or template library, or claim our work as your own.
Do not use a personal wedding entitlement for unrelated events, client projects, resale services or multiple couples. Do not remove rights notices, bypass access controls or scrape the catalogue. Contact [email protected] if your intended use is outside this licence; do not assume permission.
Your own writing and photos remain yours. You must have the rights and permissions needed to upload and publish them. Third-party material remains subject to its owner’s rights; this licence cannot grant rights we do not hold.
Sample people and photography in design previews are illustrative and are not included as your personal wedding photos. Use the uploader to add your own images. Preview access is not permission to reuse sample imagery elsewhere.
A Bespoke inquiry does not transfer ownership. Any additional rights, deliverables or usage beyond this hosted licence must be expressly agreed in writing. Breach of this licence may result in suspension or termination under our Terms, subject to applicable law.
Ending hosting ends the right to display our design through the service. You retain ownership of your own content and can export available guest replies during the relevant access period. Contact [email protected] with licensing questions.
