WeddingTa-da! is not currently accepting online payments. You can create an account and prepare a draft without purchasing hosting. Displayed prices are information about the intended offer; they do not complete a purchase or charge your card.
We will publish the applicable payment, cancellation and refund terms before paid checkout is enabled. There is no current blanket “no refunds” rule. Do not send payment details by email.
Before you pay, the checkout must explain what you are buying, the final amount and currency, applicable taxes, hosting duration, cancellation and refund conditions, and how to contact us about a problem. Bespoke work requires a separate written scope and payment agreement.
Where applicable, statutory consumer rights, including EU and UK cancellation rights and remedies for faulty or misdescribed services, take priority. Starting a digital service immediately may require a separate express request and acknowledgement; simply creating an account does not waive these rights.
If you believe a charge relates to us, contact [email protected] with the date, amount and reference, but never a full card number or security code. We will investigate. Any payment under a separately agreed Bespoke arrangement is governed by that agreement and mandatory law.
