WeddingTa-da! is a product of QuantRoads, Inc., a Delaware corporation in the United States. In these terms, “we”, “us” and “our” mean QuantRoads, Inc. These terms apply when you create an account or use our planner, invitation designs or hosted wedding websites. Contact us at [email protected]. Our mailing address is listed on the Contact and Imprint page.
By creating an account, you agree to these terms. Please read our Privacy Policy, Design Licence and Acceptable Use Policy as well. If you do not agree, do not create an account or use the service.
Account holders must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding agreement. Provide accurate account information, protect your sign-in details, and contact us if you suspect unauthorised access. You remain responsible for activity you authorise. Google sign-in is subject to Google’s own terms and privacy information.
The planner is free. Your account planner is saved to the service; language and interface preferences are stored on your device, and your signed-in language preference is also saved to your account for service emails. An account is needed to save invitation drafts. Publishing depends on an enabled hosting entitlement.
Ready provides a self-serve invitation website for one wedding. Bespoke starts with an inquiry; scope, price and delivery must be agreed separately before any custom work begins. Planning tools help you organise information; they do not make bookings or guarantee attendance, vendor performance or the success of an event.
Published invitations are private by link, not inherently confidential. Anyone with the link can view an unprotected page. You may add a password. Search-engine noindex instructions reduce discovery but cannot prevent someone sharing or copying your page.
Our designs, artwork, software and brand remain the property of QuantRoads, Inc. or their respective licensors. Your entitlement grants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to customise and display a design through our service for your own wedding during the hosting period.
You may share your invitation link with guests. You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense or extract our designs or artwork, sell template copies, or use one wedding entitlement to run websites for unrelated events or clients. The Design Licence explains these limits. Your own photos and text remain yours.
You retain ownership of the content you provide. You grant us permission to host, reproduce, format, transmit and display it only to operate and support the service at your direction. This permission ends when that content is deleted, subject to limited retention required by law and reasonable technical deletion processes.
Upload only content you have the right to use and provide any notices or permissions required for people pictured or named. Do not upload sensitive identity documents. For guest replies, you decide the purpose of collection and we process the information on your behalf. Collect only what you need for your event and handle exports securely.
Payments are coming soon. We are not accepting online payments through the service at present. Displayed prices describe the intended offer; there is no paid checkout commitment until payments are enabled and you receive the applicable price and terms.
Before accepting payments, we will explain the final charge, currency, applicable taxes, hosting entitlement and refund or cancellation rights. Local currency estimates may differ from a future checkout charge. We do not currently collect card numbers. Manual publishing access does not create a promise of future free service.
Ready hosting lasts 12 months from first publication or until three months after the wedding date, whichever is later. Bespoke hosting lasts 24 months from first publication. Unpublishing and republishing do not restart the hosting period. Small edits remain available during that period.
After expiry the invitation is unavailable to guests. There is a 60-day grace period before eligible wedding data is deleted, and deletion is gated on an export notification. Download important information before that period ends. Renewal terms and prices have not been launched; do not assume automatic renewal or ongoing access.
You can unpublish an invitation and request account deletion in Account settings. Export information you want to retain first. We may restrict or remove unlawful content, investigate abuse, or suspend accounts for serious or repeated breaches, including repeated infringement. Where practical and legally permitted, we will explain the reason and allow you to contact us to challenge a decision.
We may act immediately where needed to protect people, service security or legal rights. Closure does not cancel obligations that already arose, and does not affect mandatory consumer remedies.
We take reasonable care in providing the service, but cannot promise uninterrupted availability or that all errors can be prevented. Keep your own copies of important event details and exports. We may update features and these terms. Material changes will be communicated through the service or your account email, with notice before they take effect where required.
Changes do not retrospectively remove rights attached to a paid entitlement. If you disagree with a material change, contact us to discuss your available options.
To the extent permitted by law, we exclude indirect or consequential losses and limit aggregate liability arising from the service to the amount you paid us for it in the preceding 12 months. These limits apply only where enforceable and reasonable under applicable law.
Nothing excludes liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any obligation or remedy that cannot legally be limited. Mandatory consumer protections, including those of EU and UK users, remain in full effect.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, and disputes are subject to the courts of Delaware, except where mandatory law gives you the right to use your local courts or other protections. EU and UK consumers retain their mandatory local consumer-protection rights.
Please first contact [email protected] with a description of the issue so we can try to resolve it. No provision requires you to waive a remedy or complaint route available under mandatory law.
